The Richardson Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. Directors serve three-year terms and provide leadership and oversight for the Association's programs, fundraising activities, and support of the Richardson Police Department.
All members in good standing are eligible to vote in Board elections. Following the Annual Membership Meeting, typically held in January, the Board elects its officers for the upcoming year.
The RCPAAA Board is committed to fulfilling the Association's mission of serving as advocates for the Richardson Police Department and strengthening the relationship between law enforcement and the community.
